Those of you who know me personally most likely have regularly heard me talk about my obsession with essential oils and all the benefits we can reap from them. But, one of my favorite things about essential oils are the ‘ah-ha’ moments I receive back from my friends and family that use the oils.
I know I have previously shared my ‘ah-ha’ moment was the first time I diffused Lavender, Cedarwood, and Stress Away before bed and into the night. I talked about how great I had slept. That was really the moment that really sparked my interest in learning more about how I could use these oils to better myself. It’s really amazing to think about all the ways you can use oils, from cleaning your house to supporting your emotions, hormones, and overall wellness. I always like to think back to the basics and regardless how you use oils, every oil you use is a chemical you’re not using!
